Katie specializes in tonal chiropractic techniques, including Torque Release Technique and Cranial Sacral work for infants—a gentle, powerful approach that’s helped many little ones (and their parents) sleep easier. In fact, her very first patient was a newborn struggling to thrive. A few gentle adjustments later, that baby’s spark returned—and today she’s a young adult.  (Cue all the tears.)

Whether she’s adjusting a colicky baby, calming a nervous first-timer, or simply welcoming people at the front desk, Katie brings the same genuine passion and care. Patients often describe her as grounding, joyful, and the kind of person you feel better just being around.

Off the adjusting table, you’ll find her gardening, lake-hopping, wrangling four busy kids, and trying to outpace two energetic dogs. She proudly identifies as “scrunchy”—natural-minded but still loves a good pedicure. She doesn’t like country music (despite her farm roots), and she will butcher song lyrics without apology.

Her health philosophy is simple: Your spine and nervous system deserve regular checkups just like your teeth. When they’re moving and communicating well, your whole body functions better.
